Living the "new call" to power up corporate intelligence in the Social Business Era
In an alarming Era and noisy days, everyone has it's own SNOOZE button to rest even if it's only fore a few moments. Companies must also have it: the challenge to change every year, to monitor every external and internal alarms, to keep their vigilant stage high...is so tiring that they must find this button! What I intend to do in this page, where my blog is seeded and other market echoes are published, is to try to be that button, a useful help about how the social networks can help organizations. What is a fact is that almost all the companies even don't know what are the questions to ask the market; they don't know anymore who are their customers; they don't know why a product is selling more or less - with the global market and the economics 2.0 everything is in constant change and unless you learn from the customers experience, unless you use a full pull value chain, you'll keep telling lies to yourself.
